These Terms of Service (the Terms) and our Privacy Policy govern your use of all available Services and Apps, so please read them carefully.
These Terms of Use shall be deemed to have been read and agreed to by You, if you download the Application. "You" or "User" means a user using the Application, whether for its own business or authorized on behalf of any corporation or any other entity; "We", "Our" and "us" means the Company, its parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliates.
Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any time to modify, improve and correct or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or any part thereof with or without notice. If Company in its discretion chooses to cease providing the current version of the Application or any of its features and/or specific functions, whether through discontinuation of the Service or by upgrading or downgrading the Application to a newer version, You may not be able to continue using the previous version of the Application.
Auto Renewing Subscriptions
For auto renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS Apps following terms apply:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user＊s Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
- You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings. This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.
General Prohibitions
You agree not to do or attempt to do any of the following:
All content needs to be authorized by the relevant copyright owner before you can use it. Any unauthorized reposting of contents and/or violations of intellectual property rights is the sole responsibility of the user.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any App system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of App,App computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of App providers;
Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide App;
Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing App;
Access or search App or download any intellectual property from App through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
Plant malware or use App to distribute malware;
Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;
Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including spoofing or phishing;
Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others rights;
Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Violate the privacy of others;
Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.
Although were not obligated to monitor access to or use of App or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other App users, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating App to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content, at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects App. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
Third Party Services.
Company through the Service may make available to User software, applications and/or services provided and licensed by third parties ("Third Party Services"). The use of Third Party Services in or with the Service is subject to the applicable licenses, terms of use and conditions of such Third Party Services. In the event that no such third party license agreements exist, the restrictions contained in this agreement shall apply on all such Third Party Services, mutatis mutandis. Company disclaims any warranty or representation with regards to any use of any of the Third Party Services, which use is on an as-is basis. In as much as the Application or Services contain links to websites which are not operated by the Company ("Third Party Websites"), THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WITH REGARDS TO ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, THEIR CONTENTS, THE INFORMATION PRESENTED THEREIN, ETC., AND ANY USE OF ANY USER THEREOF, AND IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY USE OF ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND/OR THIRD PARTY WEBSITES OR ANY RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED THEREIN, AND ANY SUCH USE SHALL BE ON USER'S OWN DISCRETION, RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY.
